Dr. Trungold was trained at Columbia University, and has over twenty years of experience in treating a variety of problems, including self-esteem issues, loneliness and interpersonal difficulties, as well as the many effects of early trauma. She also offers treatment to targets of workplace abuse, a potentially traumatic experience that can cause significant distress.
Dr. Hossepian specializes in helping his clients rediscover their purpose and meaning in life. With a background in both health and psychology, he provides comprehensive, integrative treatment that focuses on addressing issues of both mind and body. By helping people develop new insight and perspectives, he guides patients towards discovering their personal strengths and developing effective strategies for managing life’s challenges.
Dr. Scott holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have previously worked as a psychologist and professor at several universities. His specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship concerns. Additionally, he is incredibly passionate about LGBTQ wellness and love helping other gay and bisexual men thrive.
Dr. Reynolds focuses on working with wellness minded professionals who invest in their future by putting their own self-care first. Her specialities include using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT) to address anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, work-life balance, and the mental health effects of "strength".
Dr. Bedikian helps young adults and professionals who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues. She specializes on methods that will work on increasing your focus, feeling more passionate about your job and relationships, and living a life with purpose and meaning.
Dr. Cason employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (or CBT), an evidence-based therapy, which focuses on the ways thoughts affect feelings and behaviours. He teaches skills that will help to make improvements in life and to achieve goals, enhancing overall well-being by addressing thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and environment.
